Registered plan of condominium boundaries within the City of Brampton

Each polygon represents an approved registered plan of condominium. This status is required for before a condominium can be constructed, or common elements can be established. Each record in this data set is identified with a condo plan number, and also includes city file number, registered file number, registered date and type zone as well as the agent company and applicant company names.
