People in ‘service planning’ have an assigned caseworker who is engaged to assess the person’s needs; work with the individual and their family/community supports, as appropriate, to develop an outcome plan; help connect the individual to community supports; and refer them to other government programs and services. Note: Data is only available by region as of August 2019. Data is from seven main service areas: Calgary, Central, Edmonton, North Central, North East, North West and South. If people move, it is possible they may be counted in more than one region.
