Human Rights Tribunal Decisions on Transportation and Disability Discrimination in Canada

This dataset accompanies the article, Laverne A. Jacobs. "The Universality of the Human Condition: Theorizing Transportation Inequality Claims by Persons with Disabilities in Canada, 1976-2016" (2018) Canadian Journal of Human Rights Vol. 7 Iss. 1, available at: http://works.bepress.com/laverne-jacobs/4/ .
