Objectif : Planter annuellement 200 arbres en milieu urbain et 2000 semis dans les milieux aptes au boisement Indicateur : Nombre d’arbres plantés par année Comment la donnée est-elle calculée? Chaque année, le forestier urbain municipal fait son rapport final et présente son bilan de plantation. Par la suite, le bilan est comparé avec l’objectif pré-déterminé. Qui prend la mesure? La mesure est prise annuellement par le forestier urbain municipal. Où en sommes-nous maintenant? Voici quelques statistiques de plantation depuis les derniers 10 ans à Edmundston : En 2023, la municipalité prévoyait planter 200 arbres en milieu urbain et 0 semis sur les surfaces aptes au boisement qui lui appartiennent. Aucune plantation n’a été réalisée parce qu’il existe un moratoire temporaire sur la gestion des boisés jusqu’à ce que le plan de gestion forestière soit révisé. Que fait la Municipalité?
