Caledon Business Directory 2018

The Caledon Business Directory is a listing of businesses in the Town that have agreed to be included in the business directory. The directory provides basic business information, contact information, industry classification, and employment ranges. The data is collected every two years through a voluntary survey by field collectors visiting businesses over the course of the summer. There is no comprehensive collection of agricultural or home-based businesses for this directory.
Please note that this is not and should not be treated as an exhaustive list of businesses in the Town of Caledon.  The Region and Town do not collect all businesses and do not know what the undercoverage rate may be.  Comparing to previous or future surveys is not recommended.
What Should I Use This Data For? This data can be useful for several purposes: looking at detailed industry and size information of businesses, getting an idea of general economic activity and location, or looking for a listing of businesses and contact information.
What Shouldn't I Use This Data For? We don't recommend using this data as an indicator of actual employment in the Town of Caledon.  The data does not include home-based businesses, many of the agricultural businesses that exist in the Town, and those businesses that did not want to be included in the business directory.
