The 2023 Point-in-Time (PiT) Homelessness Count was conducted by Cowichan Housing Association with support from the Community Action Team (CAT) Peers. The 2023 Count included the whole of the Cowichan Region (from Malahat to Ladysmith), and it was funded by Reaching Home: Canada’s Homelessness Strategy and the United Way British Columbia.
