Point dataset of residential rental registry including: civic address, PID, type of rental unit, building type related to the R400 By-Law Respecting Registration of Residential Rental Properties. Points are geocoded based on civic address or PID.

The purpose of this data is to provide more transparency to the public on properties where registered residential rentals are located.
