Le Système de classification des documents généraux est le système de taxonomie utilisé par le personnel municipal pour consigner et déclarer les documents officiels de la Ville d’Ottawa. Il s’agit d’un ensemble de données historiques qui ne sera pas mis à jour.
Le Système est mis à jour par le personnel de la Direction de la gestion de l’information pour veiller au respect des lois et règlements fédéraux et provinciaux connexes et pour tenir compte des changements au chapitre des besoins organisationnels et opérationnels.
Exactitude: L’ensemble de données ne contient pas d’erreurs connues.
