TORIGHT: The to address on the right side based on the direction of the road
STNAMEID: Unique street name ID used to link to other tables
ZONE_LEFT: Municipality on the left side of the road
MANAGEDBY: Indicates who manages the road segment.
OWNEDBY: Indicates who owns the road segment.
LIFESTATUS: Indicates what the status of the road is. Most common values would be either active or proposed.
DESCRIPT: A field available for capturing extra notes and descriptions for a road.
ZONE_RIGHT: Municipality on the right side of the road
NUMBER_STRUCTURE_LEFT: Numbering structure for the left side of the road: O=Odd; E=Even; M=Mixed; N=None; I=Irregular
