Sites d’agrégats non réhabilités

Intended for use by local district staff for aggregate duties. May indicate an area that might have an elevated risk of illegal operation. May also indicate an area of interest for a new Aggregate Licence to take over. Cet ensemble de données spatiales renferme les emplacements des sites d’agrégats abandonnés (puits d’extraction et carrières) qui n’ont pas été réhabilités pour diverses raisons, notamment :

  • les sites soumis à une licence ou un permis antérieur à la législation qui impose la réhabilitation;
  • les sites pour lesquels une licence ou un permis a été révoqué et pour lesquels aucune réhabilitation n’a été réalisée.

Des renseignements sur les sites d’agrégats en activité sont disponibles dans les catégories de données connexes ainsi qu’en ligne, au moyen de la carte interactive des puits d’extraction et des carrières.
