ParcelMap BC Parcel Fabric - Fully Attributed

ParcelMap BC is the current, complete and trusted mapped representation of titled and Crown land parcels across British Columbia, considered to be the point of truth for the graphical representation of property boundaries. It is not the authoritative source for the legal property boundary or related records attributes; this will always be the plan of survey or the related registry information. This particular dataset is comprised of the parcel fabric and all of the applicable attributes provided by the BC Land Title and Survey Authority, for over two million parcels.

Notes:

  1. Parcel title information is sourced from the BC Land Title Register. Title questions should be directed to a local Land Title Office.

  2. This data and its use is protected by Crown Copyright. For a version of this data that has been released under the Open Government Licence - British Columbia, please see WHSE_CADASTRE.PMBC_PARCEL_FABRIC_POLY_SVW

  3. The data can be discovered, queried, and displayed in any software application that the Province develops, including publicly accessible applications.

  4. The data can only be shared for download by external users in an application-prepared report that is not in raw data format (e.g., a PDF file versus CSV file).

  5. This dataset replaces the Integrated Cadastral Fabric.

ParcelMap BC data is continually updated by the ParcelMap BC Operations team at the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC. New plans and other parcel fabric updates enter the maintenance queue upon registration or confirmation with an update publication service target of approximately two business days. The B.C. Government currently refreshes this view of the ParcelMap BC data on a weekly cycle. Between 2022 and 2023 this data was made publicly viewable using web map services; in September 2023, its access and use was restricted to the terms laid out in the description above. **2024-08-23**: The data type for the PLAN_ID column has been updated from NUMBER(10,0) to VARCHAR2(38) to accommodate a change in LTSA’s data model. The PLAN_ID is now represented as a GUID.
