ince 2004, communities in the FVRD have worked together to conduct a tri-annual Point-in-Time (PiT) Count and Survey of individuals experiencing homelessness within the region. The results provide critical information about the scope and nature of homelessness which is used to improve supports and services, as well as monitor homelessness prevention strategies.
