Limits on use: Data is from seven main service areas: Calgary, Central, Edmonton, North Central, North East, North West and South. The PDD program contracts directly with approved community service providers to manage the delivery of supports and services though a service provider contract. Service providers must be approved by the PDD Director and are required to meet requirements contained in their contract. The PDD monthly caseload count is based on an average count for the reference month and the 11 previous months. Individuals are counted when an invoice for services is paid in the month.
