Limits on use: Data is from seven main service areas: Calgary, Central, Edmonton, North Central, North East, North West and South. The FMSA is an agreement between the Minister or department representative and the FMS administrator. While most FMSAs are administered by family members close to the individual receiving PDD services, the role of the FMS administrator may also be fulfilled by a non-relative. The PDD monthly caseload count is based on an average count for the reference month and the 11 previous months. Individuals are counted when an invoice for services is paid in the month.
