GREATER VICTORIA’S FOURTH POINT IN TIME (PiT) Count and Homeless Needs Survey took place on March 7 and 8, 2023. The initiative is funded through the Reaching Home Program: Canada’s Homelessness Strategy and contributes to a national picture of homelessness.
