The dataset captures information related to building material which facilitates study of resource use in building design and construction. The dataset is the combination for design or construction drawings for buildings and material requirements. The dataset has the advantage of Uniformat and MasterFormat which facilitates the interoperability with existing construction management practices and helps in standardizing construction management practices.
