The file name corresponds to the quarter-section represented in the image using the Alberta Township System where XX-YY-ZZ-QS represents the following:
XX= Township # YY= Range # ZZ= Section # QS= Quarter-section (ex. NW, SE, etc,)
As an example, 700526NW would be Township 70, Range 05, Section 26, NW quarter. All imagery is west of the 6th meridian (W6).
